| Zigolus Swamp is a dangours place, the very waters are poisonous to stand in! if you're quick maybe you can take a quick dip and get out unscathed, the poisonous swamp has a tendancy to bring back the dead which are known to attack travelers, they are immune to the poison and or just float over it, kill them quick, they'll come back after a while, rarely brave or stupid bandits will come here to attack travelers as well, becauase of the dangerous enviornment few living people are seen here and wat few are seen are trying to get through as quickly as possible or fighting for thier lives against the undead, no form of law enforcement would be worth the trouble after all

| a busy town near the ocean, Goug is home to hundreds of egineers digging up ancient and powerful technology from a lost anicent civilization from under Goug, the machines come in all kinds of appearances and purposes and many were made with certain power sources in mind, you never really know what's gonna be dug up... or what it'll do once you activate it
that being Said many Egineer are working for an organization passing itself off in a trading corporation, however the corporation is using these machiens for thier own purposes and weaponise whatever they can, most egineers are being forced to work without pay by underhanded tactics such as kidnapped relatives, etc etc, a few have broken free however, while it may be safe in town the Corporation will strike at perceived "enemies" in the outer slums where noone's paying any real attention, the city has many unique guns made using the technology dug up by the egineers and doubles as a port town making it quite prosperous despite underlying issues
(i'd like to note real quick that this city even eventually gives you a machine that let's you summon Cloud from FF7 as well as earn a robot for a party member, when i say just about anyting can be dug up i meant it)

| This small Trade City is in the center of many trade routes and gains good from all over the world, even overseas, almost anything being made can be found in dorter and if they don't have it, you could always see what the Fur shops are willing to make out of any monsters you may have killed, however dorter's slums tends to be a hideout for rebels and bandits, but at the same time they're a good place to meet when you don't want to be seen

| an old monastary out a ways from civilization, at it's surface it's a simple monastary with hundreds of books inside, many containing secrets and knowledge from all over the world, from time immemorable, and even secrets kept hidden from the public
however should you find the hidden passage, deep below are several floors filled to the brim with still more books...
