personality:Tifa's personality is unlike any other in Final Fantasy VII. Tifa seems rather shy, but knows how to cheer everyone up when there down. Her optimistic attitude is far brighter than anyone elses, and its strange since she lost both her parents and almost her own at a young age. She is like a mother to everyone, and cares about everyone no matter what. She sometimes let's her emotions blur her judgement, and is dependant on Cloud mentally but for many reasons. She is not a very open person when it comes to telling the one she loves that she loves him *cough* Cloud *cough*. But she is very smart, and knows how to run her own business. And also has a strong sense of maternal instinct, since she took care of Marlene half the time Barret was away.

Very beautiful makes a perfect angel. She has stunning ruby eyes, that attract many. Long flowing brunette hair and wears loose. She wears a white top with a black tank over it. Black knee shorts with a waist jacket/hood; very good for kicking with and physical fighting. And wears sliver tear drop earrings. Her smile is very charming and is a trademark in many of her pictures. Though overall how I see her character is as the traditional japanese girl aside from the tight clothing and such, her physical appearance, this just what I think what intended with her appearance since her hair doesn't stretch five differnet ways. Her hair is long and flowing, and her bangs cover her face in that of strands.
history:Tifa was a childhood friend of Cloud's in Nibelheim, her hometown. Before Cloud departed for Midgar, Tifa made Cloud promise to rescue her should she ever be in danger. When Shin-Ra sent SOLDIER to investigate the monsters invading Nibelheim and the Mako Reactor there, Tifa acted as their guide to the Reactor. However, the situation quickly became perilous: Tifa's father was a victim of Sephiroth's destruction of Nibelheim. From that moment Tifa formed a lasting grudge against Sephiroth, however when she attempted to assail Sephiroth, she was cut by his blade.

Fulfilling his promise, Cloud arrived and saved Tifa. Afterward, Tifa went to Midgar where she opened 7th Heaven, a bar that became the underground headquarters for AVALANCHE which was a rebel group she joined to fight against Shin-Ra. Before accompanying Cloud, Most of her time and effort went into managing 7th Heaven and looking after Barret’s adopted daughter, Marlene. Tifa joined Cloud's efforts to defeat Sephiroth and save the Planet when he arrived in Midgar.

Tifa is undeniably beautiful and though she possesses great strength and technique in the martial arts, she is emotionally fragile and unable to cope with hurting others even if it means a massive sacrifice on her part. She is rather introverted and often lacks the spontaneity and badgering personality that Aeris puts forth simply because she does not think to cause commotion regarding the “love triangle” between herself, Aeris and Cloud. She is often the “damsel in distress,” and even though her love for Cloud is limitless, she is extremely uncomfortable expressing herself regarding her love him - even if it means acting unaware under certain circumstance. She is a strong believer in what is just and will make a strong impression of that. Above all, Tifa is an extremely caring woman who would give her life for the greater good and for the needs of others.
Tifa: "Now that you mention it, why did you want to join SOLDIER in the first place."
Cloud: "......I was devastated. ......I wanted to be noticed. I thought if I got stronger I could get someone to notice........."
Tifa: "Someone has to notice you...? ......who?"
Cloud: "Who.........? ......You know who! ......You, that's who."
Tifa had many secrets hidden from Cloud. When Cloud believed himself to be the First-Class SOLDIER, Tifa hid from him the fact that Zack was actually the SOLDIER who came to Nibelheim.
