Looks: His body is slender by design, but wrapped up with incredibly defined muscle. He's always tan, for no apparent reason. His smile is very inviting, and his eyes can only be described as gorgeous. He has very good posture.
Personality: The only word one can use to describe his personality is 'magnetic'. He's very fun, and very outgoing, always seeming to be the life of the party. He's kind to everyone, and holds no grudges, nor judges people for simple reasons. He gets over things very quickly, and loves to be around people. He's very flirtatious, and very smooth by nature- simply because of how confident he naturally is. He's very open-minded, adventurous, and he's a great person to call your friend.
However, after being subject to his friend's death, along with the dark blade tainting his soul, Cecil has become secluded, liking to be alone. He's very quiet now, his eyes seemingly lifeless and dull, as if he doesn't care about anything anymore. He's quick to anger, and rude to almost everyone. Perhaps once he settles this matter with his friend, he will become himself once again?

The Shortsword of SorrowsWeapon Info: It's about 29 inches long, from the bottom of the grip to the tip of the blade. It was once the weapon of a close friend, taken off of his dead body and used with the hope of revenge. The blade holds dark powers, that of which Cecil takes for granted, not knowing he has become tainted by the blade.

History: Not much is known of Cecil's past. He, himself, has forgotten about it, not by choice, but at the hands of an incredibly powerful spell which nobody can seem to reverse. All that he can remember is the man he works for, what he does for a living, and who his best friend is, or rather was. Vaxton- a man whom many knew as 'The White Knight', was a young man that ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Cecil, being a good friend, followed Vaxton in his endeavors, and in doing so, they both ended up working for a man whom was only known by his horrible deeds: 'The Scourge', where they did horrible things, for minimal pay, for fear of their lives. Their final mission together turned out to be a set up, and Vaxton was killed right in front of Cecil; this led him into a furious frenzy, where everyone involved was killed, even the few innocent people who had seen it. Cecil now wielded Vaxton's weapon, but with different intentions than the much kinder man it once served, and upon returning back to The Scourge, he was beaten, and his memory completely wiped.
Cecil knew his friend had died, however he did not know how, or why; he knew that he worked for The Scourge, but again, did not know why- he simply began to assume he really was an evil person. He now works for The Scourge, travelling far across the various planets doing his dirty work; and Cecil is the best at what he does, he knows nothing else but his desire to fight- to kill, and to do his duty.
